Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No. However, please let us know when requesting a quote or placing an order if you are a non-profit or other tax-exempt organization.

How do I track or check the status of my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Do you accept custom orders?
We can fulfill a number of size and paper requests. For example, we print over 30 different sizes of postcards. Please contact us if you have a special project request and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that due to paper efficiency, we do not print custom quantities (ie. 9,265 postcards – you would need to order 10,000). However, we will print custom quantities on single items such as banners, posters, yard signs, etc.) There is no maximum on the number of prints we can run.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also make an electronic bank payment or mail a business, personal, or cashier’s check. Please be aware that orders exceeding $2,000 must be paid via electronic bank payment or check.

Why am I being charged sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders unless you are a tax-exempt entity.

Do you offer graphic design services?
No. Our in-house design team will make minor modifications to your files if necessary, but we do not provide general graphic design services to customers.

When preparing print-ready digital artwork, what size should I build my file(s) to?
We highly recommend that you contact us and request a free, pre-configured template to use when building your digital files to ensure that they are in proper format, resolution, color mode and contain the necessary bleeds, trim zones, etc.

What file size and formats do you accept?
You may send us files in .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .RAR* or .ZIP* format. Carbonless NCR Form files may be submitted in applicable format from programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, etc. We prefer these standard resolution files be converted to .pdf format, although it is not required.

*Please note, the maximum allowable upload size per file is 8MB (megabytes) on our online order form. If one or more of your digital files exceeds 8MB, you must compress them using a program such as WinRAR or WinZIP and email them to, along with your order number which will be provided on your invoice. If your file(s) exceed 20MB, you will need to send them to us via FTP.

How do I make my files smaller?
The best option is to send us a .jpg or .pdf file. Files in .psd format for example contain layers which make them much larger in size. You can also compress your artwork files using one of the programs mentioned above.

What resolution and color mode do you accept?
All digital file formats must be created at a minimum of 350dpi (dot per inch) resolution.** All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode and all black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

**Digital files for Vinyl Banners may be submitted at 150dpi and digital files for Carbonless NCR Forms may be submitted in applicable format from programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.

Can I request spot color?
No. We print using a 4-color process, meaning that all of our products are printed with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. We do not use any inks other than CMYK.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital representation in .pdf format of how your project will look after printing and trimming. It ensures that the layout is to your liking and that all content (graphics, text, etc.) is within certain “safe” zones. All orders include a digital proof at no additional charge which must be approved by the customer before the order goes into production.*

*Your approval can be something as simple as, “My name is John Doe. I have reviewed my proof for Order #12345 and I approve. Please start production.”

How do I view my digital proof?
Proofs are emailed to the customer email associated with the order.

Can I get a paper proof?
No. In order to reduce paper waste, we do not print paper proofs.

What does the term “EDDM” on postcards mean?
EDDM stands for Every Door Direct Mail™, a unique new bulk mailing service provided by the U.S.P.S. which offers large discounts to advertisers. Is shipping really free?
Yes! All orders include free UPS® Ground Shipping. (Offer excludes orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.) If you would like expedited shipping, such as 2-Day or Overnight, please contact us and one of our helpful customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Be aware that selecting an expedited shipping option will not speed up the printing process; production turnaround times will still be the same.

How long does UPS® Ground shipping take?
Upon shipment, most orders arrive at their destination within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

How long will my order take to print?
Please view our standard production turnaround times.

What types of paper stocks do you print on?
We offer a wide selection of paper stocks to choose from when ordering. These include 60lb., 70lb., 80lb., 100lb., 14pt., 16pt. and our new extra heavy 24pt. and 38pt. triple-layer stocks. You can also choose from uncoated, UV gloss coated, aqueous coated, matte or recycled paper. *Paper choices and coating options vary by product.

What paper stock should I choose?
If you’re unsure as to what type of paper stock and/or finish you’d like, simply contact us and we will be happy to explain the differences and help you choose the best option for your project. Below are products and their standard application.

60lb. – Crack and peel stickers.
70lb. – Uncoated stationary, letterhead, envelopes, etc.
80lb. – Available in gloss or matte finish, used for flyers and posters (also available in recycled)
100lb./10pt. – Available in gloss or matte finish, used for premium quality business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, etc. (also available in recycled)
14pt. – Available in gloss or uncoated, industry standard for business cards and postcards.
16pt. – Available in matte finish, used for premium business cards, postcards, etc. (Spot UV optional)
24pt/38pt. – NEW! Triple layer, extra thick business cards for a unique look and feel (Center layer is recycled)

What is the difference between UV gloss and Aqueous gloss coating?
You may notice that some products such as postcards, have an optional UV gloss coating, while other products such as flyers, have an optional Aqueous coating. Aqueous coating is moderately glossy in appearance and provides a layer of protection against ink smudges and other blemishes. Aqueous coating also seals the ink from the air and prevents colors from fading. UV coating is more-glossy in appearance than aqueous coating and provides a higher level of protection against blemishes and damage. But, due to its high gloss, UV coating may be more susceptible to showing clear fingerprint marks at certain light angles.

Can I write or print on UV coating?
No. If you plan to write or print on your product(s), you should choose an uncoated paper stock and/or opt for no UV coating on the back of your product when ordering. For example, if you are mailing postcards, ensure that the side you are writing, adhering labels to, or printing addresses on is uncoated.

What is Spot UV?
Spot UV adds a unique flare to your printed projects by applying a gloss coating only on certain areas of the paper. For example, your company logo or other area you wish to stand out. Click here for more information about setting up print-ready Spot UV files.

What kind of inks do you use?
All of our products are printed with four-color inks: (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Soy ink is used on recycled papers. Please be aware that color densities of less of than 15% may not print.

What kind of printing press do you use?
Our products are printed on commercial-grade Heidelberg sheet-fed presses.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us and we will be happy to modify or cancel your order prior to production. If your order has already been sent into production, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We are entirely committed to customer satisfaction. However, please understand that we are not liable for typing, grammatical misspellings, color mistakes, image use, or design errors introduced by customers during the order process. We highly recommend that you request one of our free product templates and/or employ a graphic designer to create your digital files. You should always proofread all artwork files before they are sent to us for print. All sales are final unless noted below.

What is your return/refund policy?
Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. We offer no refunds or credits. However, if we verify that a printing mistake was made on our end, we will happily re-print the order at no cost to you. Customers must notify us within 36-hours of order acceptance if they discover any printing defects in their ordered product. In order to receive a printed replacement, the customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All charges related to expediting shipping are non-refundable, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
